Doming only works on square, round, oval or rectangular shapes with a curved edge. Where no curved edge is added to artwork we will add and send across a proof for your approval.

No stickers larger than A4 in size or smaller than 20mm on the shortest side. One design per purchase. If you require more than one design printed, please purchase more than one item.

didn't receive what we ordered they don't want to refund or replace

Didn't want to leave negative feedback but I ordered some domed centre stickers with a red Honda logo for a red civic, I received peach coloured Honda logos, when I messaged smash signs I was told that there was a colour difference due to their printing process and the file format etc. nowhere on the order page does it sate this, also if there was to be a substantial difference why weren't I made aware before the stickers were made? I'm no printing expert so how was I to know?

I wasn't expecting a 100% colour match but at least a red colour something close to what I uploaded, I now have peach coloured logos for a red vehicle.

I have asked on at least 2 emails whether they are willing to send a closer colour replacement or if they wanted to us to return the stickers for a refund and that was 2 weeks ago with no response so they clearly don't want to abide to the consumer rights act where we can return an item for a refund.

Great Domed Stickers

I usually dont review things, however on this occasion I feel I need to as we had a bit of a misunderstanding.

I purachesed this and it had been a few weeks and heard nothing from smash signs not their fault my email went into junk it happens.

So unfortunately I created a charge back as as far as I was concerned I wasnt getting anything back and still had not received my stickers.

However the day after a charge back I was then contacted ti explain the issues etc and was given apologies etc.

However I contacted my bank and was told it to late and itll carry o going ahead etc.

So to sum up the stickers are great as always, but think they need to be a bit more opent proactive to contact customers when issues arise so that the customer can stay Informed etc.
