Delivery & Turnaround Information
We know your print is only useful if it arrives when you need it. We work hard to print, finish and dispatch every order as quickly as possible, while keeping you updated along the way.
Important: our turnaround times are production and dispatch estimates. They are not delivery times. Delivery starts after your order has left us and is then handled by Royal Mail or the courier shown at checkout.
Processing & Dispatch Times
Most orders are dispatched within the estimates below. Larger orders, artwork issues or jobs that need extra finishing can sometimes take a little longer. If we expect a delay, we will do our best to let you know.
Kiss Cut Stickers
Usually dispatched within 2-4 working days from order placement.
Die Cut Stickers & Banners
Usually dispatched within 3-5 working days from order placement.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If a product says 3-5 working days, this means we aim to dispatch it within that time. Please allow extra time for the carrier to deliver it after dispatch.
Delivery Options
Royal Mail 24 is free on eligible orders and is usually around 2-3 working days in transit once dispatched. This is not a guaranteed or tracked delivery service, so delivery dates are approximate.
Royal Mail is only available for parcels under 2kg including packaging. If your order is too large or too heavy, the available delivery options will be shown at checkout.
The delivery option you choose does not change how quickly your order is produced. It only affects the delivery service used after your order has been dispatched.
Tip: add your mobile number at checkout so the carrier can send delivery updates where available.
Additional Delivery Information
- Offshore UK Islands: courier delivery may carry an additional surcharge depending on parcel size, weight and destination. Royal Mail is available for items under 2kg at the standard price. If the website estimate is too low, we will contact you before dispatch so you can approve the extra charge or discuss alternatives.
- Scottish Highlands: deliveries may take 1-2 extra working days beyond the usual estimated delivery timeframe.
- Republic of Ireland: delivery is available on eligible orders. Costs and available services are shown at checkout.
Courier charges can vary by weight, dimensions and number of parcels. Prices shown at checkout are based on the information available at the time of order. If an order requires extra parcels or is heavier or larger than expected, we may contact you before dispatch.
Keeping You Updated
You will be shown the available delivery options at checkout before you complete your order. Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you with confirmation and, where a tracked service is used, tracking details.
If your order is needed for a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we will let you know what is realistic.
